StartupScore Refund Policy

StartupScore is a digital product. All purchases are final once scoring has been used. For billing issues, please contact support.

Digital Nature of Services

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of results upon submission, we are unable to offer refunds for completed idea evaluations or scoring.

Subscription Plans

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime Access Plans

Lifetime access plans are non-refundable after purchase. These plans provide indefinite access to our services at a one-time cost.

Billing Issues

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have encountered a billing error, please contact our support team immediately at support@startupscore.com.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services after payment, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
